Permission to be Photographed

In submitting this registration form, I hereby grant permission for my image and/or the images of my child(ren), captured at the event through video, photo, and digital camera, to be used in official NHC promotional material, including but not limited to news releases, publications, videos, and the NHC website. I further waive rights of compensation or ownership.

Email Communication

I agree to be automatically subscribed to the NHC's email contact list, and to receive occasional email updates from the NHC office. I may opt out from receiving this information by contacting the NHC office at institute@havurah.org. (The NHC does not sell its email list or make it available for any purpose, including to other charitable institutions, other than official NHC communications.)

Registration Payment

Your registration is not complete until payment is received. Your spot will be held until registration ends on January 27th, pending payment. If you elect to pay by check and we have not received your check by January 27th, your registration will be canceled unless you contact the organizers to make special arrangements.

Refund Information

This is a self-sustaining community run by dedicated volunteers. We rely on the honor system – that is, everyone pays for their registration and tries to avoid canceling. As a matter of policy, we will be unable to provide refunds after registration closes. Please contact the organizers if you have additional questions about refunds.
